Individual Therapy
Therapy in Central London and online.
I offer integrative one-to-one therapy for adults in Central London and online.
Who I work with.
People come to therapy for many different reasons.
Some arrive with something specific in mind including anxiety, a relationship difficulty, a period of low mood, or a decision that feels impossible to make. Others come with something harder to name. A quiet sense that they have been living on autopilot. That their life is working on the surface, but something underneath feels stuck, disconnected, or not quite theirs.
Whatever brings you, therapy is a chance to look at what is really happening, and what you might need. Not to fix yourself, but to know yourself more fully and from that, to relate to your life with more clarity, choice, and honesty.

What individual therapy looks like.
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly, either in person in Central London or online. We work in a way that is responsive to you, rather than following a fixed method or session structure.
In the first few sessions, we talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you are hoping for. There is no need to arrive with things figured out. Many people come feeling uncertain, and that is welcome. We take time to understand your history, what is happening for you now, and how you experience yourself and others.
From there, the work takes shape around what you need. Some people focus on a specific issue and work through it over a shorter period. Others use therapy as an ongoing space to understand themselves more deeply. We can talk about this together and revisit it as our work evolves.
